The Smart Water Heater
Not Your Average Energy Star Water Heater

This water heater is more efficient than conventional water heaters.

It is not an inefficient tankless water heater, nor an antiquated water heater that you could probably find in your house.

It delivers more hot water for longer at a sustained temperature, and does it more efficiently.

The twice as much hot water-water heater

This heater uses two tanks. The first one fills and heats as the second one empties.

Instead of using the water pressure from the pipes to pump the hot water out, which is what conventional water heaters do, this heater uses compressed air to fill rubber bladders that are inside of the tanks that actually push the water out

You see when your house pipes supply the water pressure for the hot water to exit, your hot water supply is constantly diluted with cold water

This is why when you take a shower, or wash a bunch of dishes, the hot water gradually gets colder and colder

This water heater eliminates that problem, by having other than cold water pressure applied to the tanks to ensure that the water exits

In addition, the two tanks, if proportioned correctly, would never run out of hot water. This of course depends on the wattage in the heating elements used, and how quickly you are using the water

Also the fact that you are not diluting your hot water with the cold water to make the water exit the tank, means that the water could be heated to a lower temperature to begin with, and still provide the same temperature that you are used to without using as much energy

The control circuits change the valves that open and close the different tanks as well as operate the inflation and deflation of the bladders inside the tanks.

Say you only use half of one tank of hot water, and then discontinue your usage. When the control circuit determines that no water has been drawn from the system for several minutes, the controller switches to the full tank of hot water, fills the half empty tank, and heats it.

And that's about it! Simple huh? Too bad they haven't been using this design for years! Your hot water heater is one of the largest wattage draws in your house.

Here's the story on this one...
I submitted it to a government funded organization in the pacific northwest called "NIBTEC"
At the time, they were recieving government money to solicit energy saving devices. My contact within the company told me that this water heater was "too future, future." I am aware that the afore mentioned sentance, makes no sense whatsoever, however, that's what he said.
So evidently, saving money on your energy bill by killing some of the wattage draw by one of the biggest energy users in your house doesn't qualify...
If you think like I do, then you already know that this company was getting more money from Edison or other Electric, then they were from the gov... Although, it was probably electric cooperatives that funded the research money handed out by congress to begin with. Good Grief!

If you are an energy star producer of water heaters, give me a call! You'll sell more water heaters than you can keep up with.
