Communication avenue for hostage or hostile situation
This system was developed as part of the "Emergency Alert Systems" that I have designed. This would be a life saver in a hostage situation.
This simple uses a string of radiative emmiters embedded within the compositions shingling, or other roofing material located on a building, to emit messages within the visable spectrum or beyond.
In other words, kind of like a changable sign... only the emissions could be read only with a pair of infrared goggles if designed for this type of output.
This would allow someone from within the hostage area, to get messages to the outside without the hsotile entities being obviously notified.
