Well, I've got some more good news!
Last Monday, 2-23-04 I recieved an e-mail from a paralegal/contact inside the Fender company that deals with new product submissions. They are very interested to hear about the products I have! I could not be more ecstatic!!
Remember the last post I made where I mentioned the phrases I had used to contact these companies, and I mentioned that in the voicemail message I left at Fender, I had included in my contact information my e-mail? Well, that's how this contact got in touch with me. Lesson for today, always leave every method of contact you have availiable to you in the hands of your prospective client.
I have long played Fender guitars, and have an old Fender "BandMaster" tube amp left to me by my grandfather long after he had past away. Beautiful tone but that aside...
I will not post the entire content of the e-mail, however I will tell you that the e-mail provided me an address to send a brief, and ambiguous product desription which would be reviewed by Fender's legal and marketing departments. If it passes these hurdles, they will send me a signed "Confidentiality Non-Disclosure Agreement" which will serve to protect my interests as well as thiers.
Is this great or what?
I will have my breifing ready to go and sent within the week (02-29-04)
I will post all communication that is relavent after this matter has been resolved, but I will continue to update this post with details as they unfold.
