If you like, I'll elaborate; but I am employing a method yet untested where my project is profiled in a website showing but not disclosing my invention. I did have a utility-patent application ready for publication, but reserved the right by the fault of the USA patent office to respect there were no new issues for allowance of my claims; so I can activate the old as well as start a new application at any rate - while armed with a market ready project with very high profitability - as there are no costly bottleneck processing cost that kill or seriously weaken or endanger new merging projects needing support and not burdens...

More simply put. The new method works as the best way before we have a global www location as a hub, and there pockets for merging investment with invention or help for inventors, mostly costly and not needed. There is a reason why most inventors or inventions do not pas go or any threshold - but we now have a new way I have named The Super Economy the UPRTP will deliver.

Your enthusiasm is clear. It's just very difficult to make out heads or tails of your writing style. Could you maybe paraphrase what you are trying to get across, if you get a chance, so that others can share your enthusiasm?
