Also, look down at the bottom of the page for some more great resources. Check out Basir Itan's illustrated guide to toner transfer PCB making! Fantastic method, and illustrations. Much more available here as well, a great resource.

Solsylva CNC information and plans
Description: A very informative CNC router site. Check out the "trial run" and "metal machine" pages to get a really good idea of what can be done in your garage. The first trial run machine is composed mostly from wood, and the large metal machine is just that, metal. Very high quality DIY projects.

David Steele also sells plans for a very small but quite useful home version here for $40 USD. I haven't purchased these plans, however from the projects he has produced, they are probably well worth it.

Lots of great CNC router information though, and a great inventor's CNC resource.
