These are the legal issues surrounding the intellectual property material on this site. Please read them if you intend to use, or otherwise participate in development of any of this property.
Any intellectual property presented on loneinventor.com is the sole property of the inventor, Steve Joslin. The inventor claims all rights avaliable to him by law. All information that has been completely and publicly diclosed has a one year timeline of protection with reguards to patent rights. After the one year expires, if the inventor has not patented or begun the patent process, all the information that has expired is in the public domain, and can be reproduced without rights being assigned, however no patent can ever be filed for the same technology, as per US patent law.
If you wish to produce some intellectual property that has been listed on this site, you need to contact the inventor immidiately, as time is of the essence. The one year clock is ticking, and the sooner a patent or patents is/are filed, the better.
If you wish to produce something in the "Give Aways" section, you still need to contact the inventor, as the patent that you may seek to obtain still requires the original inventors name on it, once again, because of US patent law. Please contact the inventor, and pursue rights information directly with him. |
